The merchandise found on our INFINITE DIAMONDS website is guaranteed for 15 days from the date of purchase that appears on the sales note that goes with the shipment.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Excludes coverage for excessive use, abuse (accidental or intentional), theft or total or partial loss of the part or it’s components.
In order for the guarantee of purchases made through our website to be validated, we recommend that you follow these steps:
Let us know the reason by email during the warranty period to: email@example.com, describing the problem in detail and including a photo of the piece where the defect can be seen.
In case we can’t determine through it’s description, we will send an authorization number which must be written on the outside of the package.
You must send the jewel (s) in guarantee via parcel and inform us of the guide number.
We do not cover the shipping cost.

Once we have received the product, we will start an analysis of the defect. If the guarantee applies, the replacement or repair of the part will be send out and it will be forwarded to the customer at his home at no cost.
In the event that the guarantee does not proceed, the merchandise will be returned to the CLIENT in the state it was received. And the shipping cost by the client.
If the piece was purchased on our website and the customer didn’t like it, the CUSTOMER can return the piece within 5 calendar days after receiving it from us.
After this period, no returns are accepted.
Merchandise must not be used and must be returned in the same box and the label must not be removed at any time or damaged.
The shipment cost it’s not refundable
It is necessary to show your purchase note to validate the return.
Once your case has been analyzed and considered, we will send you by email an authorization number to attach to the package to be returned.
The cost of shipping and insurance of the merchandise to be returned is borne by the CLIENT.
Having the product, we will assess the state. If the part is in perfect condition and meets the return requirements, we will proceed to refund the cost of the part (s) through the means by which you have made your purchase with a maximum of three business days.
